Is my credit card info safe?
Online purchases are heavily encrypted to protect the purchaser and the seller. All transactions are encrypted with a secure 128 bit key. No card numbers are ever stored or kept on the server.
When will I receive my tickets in the mail?
Ticketscene.ca does not issue paper tickets. Upon approval of the transaction, an e-mail will be sent to the supplied address with a letter of confirmation that has to be brought to the show to obtain entry. The recipient of the e-tickets is required to show photo identification to the door staff.
I haven't received a letter of confirmation.
One of three things has happened.
1) It somehow ended up in your junk mail (a regular problem for hotmail users).
2) You did not complete the transaction.
3) Your transaction was denied by your credit card company.
How do I get into the event?/What do I need to get in?
Upon approval of the transaction, an e-mail will be sent to the supplied address with a letter of confirmation that has to be brought to the show to obtain entry. The recipient of the e-tickets is required to show photo identification to the door staff.
When do "x" tickets go on sale?
On sale dates are determined by the promotion company and has nothing to do with Ticketscene.ca or its employees.
I can't make it to the show/I bought too many tickets/The roads are kind of bad/I didn't make it to the show….can I get my money back?
All sales through Ticketscene.ca are final. No refunds or exchanges.
I want to purchase tickets for someone else, but will not be going myself. Is this possible?
It is possible for a purchaser to buy tickets for a third party. In the field entitled "Person picking up tickets" include that person's name. They will need a letter of confirmation and to show some photo identification to obtain entry.
I bought several tickets, but my friends can't go at the same time as I can. Can I split up the tickets so they can get in?
It is impossible for Ticketscene.ca to answer that question, as we do not control entry to the event. That decision is up to the company running the event. We suggest contacting them with that question as it is at their own discretion.
I bought tickets for someone who doesn't have a driver's license. Will you accept other forms of photo identification?
Ticketscene.ca does not control entry to the event. Health cards, student cards, age of majority cards and other photo identification may be sufficient to obtain the tickets with a copy of the letter of confirmation.
What happens if a show gets cancelled?
In the event of a cancellation, you will be refunded the full price of the ticket. However, the service charges will not be refunded.
A show I went to is rescheduled, can I keep my tickets/get a refund?
In the event of a rescheduling an e-mail will be sent out to all purchasers offering them the option of a refund or moving the ticket to the rescheduled event. A short period of time will pass and if there is no answer, the amount will be refunded.
What are the set times for "x" show?
Ticketscene.ca is only an online retail outlet for tickets. We have no information on details of the event aside from what is listed by the promoter.
All the tickets for "x" show are sold out. Does that mean the show is sold out?
Ticketscene.ca is issued an amount of tickets to sell by the promotion company. In almost every case there will be at least one other outlet selling tickets. When Ticketscene.ca is sold out it is best to contact the promotion company about the availability of tickets from other outlets.
Will you guys be getting more tickets?
That decision is up to the promotion company and how many tickets are still available for the event. It is impossible to say what will happen after Ticketscene.ca is sold out.
Will you sell tickets for my event(s)?
Ticketscene.ca is more than happy to accept your proposal to use us as your online retailer for tickets. E-mail us at info@ticketscene.ca.
