Celebrate culture, community, and tradition at ¡Fiesta!, a free, family-friendly festival highlighting the vibrant spirit of Latin American countries. Hosted by the Waterloo Center for the Arts and the RiverLoop Amphitheatre & Expo Plaza, this lively event takes place on Saturday, July 19, 2025, at 225 Commercial St., Waterloo, IA 50701.

For over 13 years, this celebration has been a beloved part of Cedar Valley’s social calendar. Originally known as Cinco de Mayo and later Fiesta de Mayo, the festival has grown and evolved, but its mission remains the same: to bring people together through food, entertainment, and cultural education.
